Description of Service
Customer agrees that they are paying for professional photography services. The customer agrees to pay the deposit upfront. The deposit is half of the price of the session. Under the introductory sale a 1 hour session includes 20 digital photographs. Any additional photograph is $35 per photo.
Refund/Cancellation
In the case of camera failure, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents Brocat Media from making it to a scheduled appointment, a new date will be scheduled or client will be refunded their deposit.
No refund will be given under any circumstances if you fail to attend the appointment that was scheduled. A 10 minute grace period will be given for tardiness.
Due to the nature of digital photography Brocat Media has a strict NO REFUNDS policy.

Rescheduling
The deposit is paid in advance to secure your booking. It is non-refundable if you cancel, but is transferable to another date if you need to re-schedule. Brocat Media must have a 48 hour notice of rescheduling.
